Q: How do I receive my in-game items after purchase?
A: After completing your purchase, your in-game items will be automatically delivered to your account within roughly 2-5 minutes. If you do not receive your items, please contact Gopnik with your transaction details.
Q: My account was compromised, can I transfer my purchased items to another account?
A: No, all purchases are bound to the account that made the purchase. Transferring items between accounts is not an action we will honor.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Currently we are solely accepting PayPal payments, however, we may begin offering Stripes payments soon!
Q: Are there any discounts or promotions available?
A: Not right now.
Q: Can I request a refund?
A: As stated in our Terms of Service, all purchases of virtual goods are final. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Please ensure you review and receive testimonies about the virtual items you are attempting to purchase, most of which are cosmetic in nature.
